Welcome to Luqify. By downloading, accessing, or using our application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Luqify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Luqify is an AI-powered interior design visualization tool that provides professional-quality design suggestions at a fraction of the cost of hiring a designer:
- Analyzes photos of rooms using AI technology
- Generates design suggestions and visualizations
- Allows users to explore different interior design styles
Important: AI-generated designs are for visualization and inspiration purposes only. They are not professional interior design advice and should not be used as the sole basis for renovation or decoration decisions.
3. Subscription and Payment
3.1 Subscription Plans
Luqify offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features:
- Weekly: $9.99 per week
- Monthly: $19.99 per month
- Yearly: $99.99 per year
3.2 Billing
- Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their App Store refund policies. We cannot process refunds directly.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Upload photos that you do not have the right to use
- Use the App to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated designs without permission
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Our Content
The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Luqify and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
5.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing our service.
5.3 Generated Designs
AI-generated designs are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may:
- Save generated designs to your device
- Share designs with friends and family
- Use designs for personal planning and inspiration
Commercial use of generated designs requires our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:
- The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
- AI-generated designs will meet your expectations
- Generated designs are accurate representations of how actual renovations would appear
- The App will be compatible with all devices
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luqify shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data or profits
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App
- Any decisions made based on AI-generated designs
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luqify from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the App.
9. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App at any time
- Change subscription prices with reasonable notice
- Update these Terms as needed
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
- Your right to use the App will cease immediately
- Any unused subscription period will not be refunded
- Data associated with your use may be deleted
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
