What subscription plans are available?

We offer three subscription options: Weekly ($9.99/week, 50 credits), Monthly ($19.99/month, 300 credits), and Yearly ($199.99/year, 3,600 credits). All plans include a 3-day free trial with 6 trial credits, access to all design styles, HD quality exports, and ad-free experience. Subscriptions auto-renew at the listed price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. After the free trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel. We also offer a one-time purchase of 45 design credits for $9.99 (never expires).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > HomeLUQ. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Are my photos stored?

Photos are processed on secure servers to generate designs. Your projects and designs are retained until you manually delete them or delete your account. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

Can I save the generated designs?

Yes! Subscribers can save all generated designs directly to their photo library and share them with friends and family.

What rooms work best with HomeLUQ?

HomeLUQ works great with living rooms, bedrooms, dining rooms, home offices, and kitchens. For best results, use well-lit photos taken from a corner showing as much of the room as possible.

I'm having technical issues. What should I do?

Try these steps: 1) Ensure you have a stable internet connection, 2) Update to the latest version of the app, 3) Restart the app. If issues persist, contact us at support@luqtech.app with details about your device and the issue.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds are processed through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, and select the purchase you'd like to request a refund for.
